Employer will pick up the resume cover letter not only what are you trying to say. They also look for the style, tone, rhythm and quality of the writing itself. The employer knows if you don’t really understand the job on offer but are just impressed by the salary. Experienced recruiters may believe that they are matching us against a list of skills in the job definition, which can be influenced. The sad thing is that 90% of people who could be right for any given job spoil their application by sending grammatically weak covering letter. If the resume cover letters is not suits to the job they have advertised then surely it will be neglected. If we write something that looks no originality then every single point in the job description looks like we are too stupid to summarize. We need a basic idea that can easily be adjusted and we would be wise to work on both cover letter and resume before the perfect job appears. The reader that we are trying to influence has power over our future, so we should not make big demands. Our resume cover letters should be positive. Cover letter should be in simple format.
